Aurelian Creed offers a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. As our products are print-on-demand and made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on personalised or custom items.

To start a return, contact us at redmond_peter123@icloud.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on next steps.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
